Scholarship Benefits

Recognition of Impact: Scholars will earn a co signed Certificate of Achievement from the Ban Ki moon Centre for Global Citizens upon completing their project, acknowledging their contribution to sustainable development.
Skill Enhancement: Scholars will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge through a fully covered online summer school hosted by MCI Innsbruck.
Project Funding: Scholars will receive a $500 seed grant to kickstart a local SDG Micro Project, enabling them to turn their ideas into actionable initiatives that make a real difference.
Expert Guidance: Scholars will gain exclusive access to workshops led by professionals and personalized mentorship from experienced BKMC Changemaker Alumni.
Advanced Studies (Optional): For those interested in furthering their education, the scholarship offers a chance to pursue a Master’s degree at MCI Innsbruck. Open to all nationalities, this option provides €10,000 towards tuition for non EU students pursuing various Master’s and Executive Master’s programs in English or German.

The scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities.
Eligibility Criteria: Master’s Program
- Open to non EU citizens passionate about sustainability and the SDGs.
- Must hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated strong commitment to advancing the SDGs through studies and future career.
- Willingness to actively engage with the BKMC community and continue supporting the SDGs beyond the program.
Executive Master’s Program:
- Open to applicants of all nationalities.
- Must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, along with professional experience.
- Share a deep commitment to integrating sustainability principles into leadership and professional practice.
- Availability to actively participate in the program and contribute to the BKMC network.
Note: Regardless of the program, all applicants must be between 20 and 35 years old.
